Tip #1 for Getting Unstuck
Once you learn the secret of setting goals and ACTUALLY achieving them, you immediately become more effective and realize that you experience shorter failures and longer successes. Sounds pretty easy, right?
But heads upβ¦
A lot of people screw this up by not understanding that true accountability hinges on owning that you and only you are responsible for what you allow or choose to be in your life. So many people choose the role of a victim constantly explaining why their lack of results is the fault of someone or something else outside of their control. Unfortunately, this is only a powerless perception that serves them in a negative way and keeps them stuck with no momentum. Not creating plans that take into account your mental state, your physical body, and your spiritual growth is just one of the possible mistakes that sets so many back.
