St. Louis Nappturality Get Together # 2.5
As I have a penchant for nappturality gatherings I rounded up all the St. Louis ladies for some eats, chats and product swapping at the South City Diner while I was in town.

Here we have Afropuff who so graciously prempted her Rams game to visit with us. It was great meeting you!

Hair: Shaped TWA, quite sharp!

Here’s permfreen03 cheesing for the camera. I have a better shot of her hair but I’d like to say that she made her shirt! (she’s a seamstress).

Hair: Flat twisted in the front, 2 strand twisted in the back. Done w/no products.

O.k. here we have a way better picture of CurlsWannaHaveFun’s hair than I took at the January get together. The shrinkage on her hair is incredible! You pull one of those coils and it’s like bra strap length! If you look closely you can see the box full of products that she brought for the swap.

Hair: Wash and go

QueenMoe and her guest, Tylisha. QueenMoe’s wearing 2-strand twisted, top pulled into a pony tail. Tylisha hair is braided w/ kinky hair added (she’s all natural under there)

This picture is kinda blurry but you get the gist. Everyone’s eating, talking and checking out products. I’m really happy we had 8 people turn out even though it was raining!!!

Aw shucky shucky now! Here’s permfreen03 sporting the plumpest, nicest twists ya’ll!!! She did them herself with not a one product. I’m a tad jealous as I can’t get my front twists to stay without adding something…but it’s gonna be alright *weep* … gone be alright …

Toy’s locs

Before I left I asked if I could touch her hair (I rarely do that). I was in awe before just looking through her album but now I’m in total awe (that’s "Awe Totalis"). They are so full and beautiful. That’s a head full of life if I’ve ever seen one. Just don’t make no sense…

QueenMoe and her two-strands. I forget if she did these dry or wet but I’m guessing dry. I can’t wait until I can pull my twists back into tails and puffs and all that. Too cute!

This was cute cute cute! It reminded me of my last set of braids.

Medusa Negrita graced us with her presence. Here she is scoping out CurlsWannaHaveFun’s product box. She’s cool peeps and caught the waitress slipping on her change. Don’t mess with a girl’s dollas!

Hair: Recently cut into a TWA (showed us pix of her previous BAA, slammin’!!!)

CurlsWannaHaveFun again, with her hair up in a ponytail. BTW, she lost 40 lbs since the last get together in January!!!! Good for you girl!

Heh heh! O.k., why was I under the table taking pictures of permfreen’s cute jeans and boots!!??!!! I need therapy but it was just too much style not to document it and share it w/ ya’ll . Carry on.

There we are! Afropuff had to leave early and I’m taking the picture. You can always tell a Nappturality gathering, just look for the product bottles on the table, LOL.

I had fun ya’ll! (honestly I did *wink*) Thanks for coming out while I was in town! I really liked that Diner, their bacon and toast are better than IHOP so I’ll be back in there when I’m back in MO.
