Last month we packed up the car and drove to Kansas City, Missouri to attend the Spina Bifida Kansas City Education Day! It was a free day-conference and I vlogged our trip. Here’s part 1 if you missed it.

We were attending the

Spina Bifida Kansas City Education Day, a free day conference offered every few years (no set schedule apparently). It was GREAT and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to learn more.

Oklahoma Joe’s has changed it’s name to

Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que which clearly makes more sense (says the person who eats at Texas Pit BBQ in the Virgin Islands LOL!)
