Hey y’all, it’s Roshini and I am here with a totally off topic, random video, but I just felt like doing it so let’s do it!

About a month ago I did a whole series on the microbraids that I had in my hair, and one of those videos was about braidshop survival skills. In that video one of the things I said was to expect the hustleman whenever you are in the braid or barber shop. I got a comment on that video that read:

“The hustle man!!! Yeah!!! No matter the shop, there’s always a hustle man. When I used to go and get my hair done in New Orleans, there was this guy who came in selling these mini pies!!! They were the bomb. He had apple, peach, sweet potato and crawfish (unless you live in the south, you have not idea what they are)…since I’m allergic, I never got that, but that sweet potato and peach!!!! WOO-WEE!!!”

Wait what?! MINI. PIES! at. the. braid. shop?

You’re telling me that this man is bring pies to the braidshop for people to buy?! Where is he getting the pies? Were they pre-made pies? Did he bake the pies? When he brought the pies to you were they hot? Where they ready to eat? Where they frozen? They had to be ready to eat ’cause you said “mmmmm WOO-WEEEEE!!!”.Β

I got questions, and I need answers.

I thought you were just telling me that dude *had* the pies, but then you had the nerve to tell me that “they were the bomb” which meant

you ate.

the pies.

from the hustleman.

at the braid shop?

Ma’am? Β Β Β Β

Did he open his coat and it was just like “BOW! SWEET POTATO!!” … was it though?

How did that go down?

So I ask you Glam Fam …

… what is the strangest thing you have ever seen or purchased from the hustleman? Β Let me know in the comments below!

As an aside, you MUST go read the comments on this video on YouTube. They are HIGH-larious!!!!!
