After Years I Am No Longer Anemic! Find Out How.

Quick post because I’m getting asked this question on a daily basis.

What am I doing to alleviate my anemia symptoms?

I mentioned in this video that I recently had blood tests done, the doctor said I was anemic, my white blood cell count was low and she wanted me to take iron supplements. Unfortunately I’m allergic to iron supplements so the doctor had nothing else to offer me beyond eat more leafy greens (which I already eat in abundance).

She ordered more blood tests and I did some research.  A month later I returned for my blood test and my white blood cell count was normal and anemia was mild/barely present. I could tell the difference over the month: my energy was up and brain fog had lifted significantly.

Here’s what I’m doing for my anemia:

Each day, 2-hours or more after caffeine consumption (because I refuse to give up my coffee & caffeine inhibits iron absorption), I take a shot consisting of 1 tablespoon of chlorophyll mixed with 1 tablespoon of orange juice (because vitamin C assists in iron absorption).  This is the chlorophyll I’ve been using: World Organic Liquid Chlorophyll from VitaCost.com. | Here it is on Amazon if you prefer that.

Clearly I am not a medical professional and all the information in this post is my opinion (except the results of my blood test, those are legit actual numbers that changed) and my personal experience.  Before you start taking any new supplements I advise you to check with your doctor.  Also (clearly) this information has not been evaluated by the FTC, FDA or any other government agency and not intended to β€œdiagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”
