Christmas tradition of dancing with my son

Happy New Year! πŸ₯³πŸ₯³

The tradition continues! πŸŽ…πŸ½πŸ•ΊπŸ½ πŸ’ƒπŸΎπŸ•ΊπŸ½πŸ’ƒπŸΎ

πŸ‘©πŸΎβ€πŸ« Every year since 2012 (the year he was born) I’ve danced with my son Zion to this song on Christmas day. It started as a happy accident (meaning in 2012 my husband recorded us dancing and in 2013 I heard the same song come on the radio and decided to dance with him again for old times sake and my husband pressed record. That is how the tradition began and we’ve stuck to it from 2012 – 2019!!

Fun fact: I almost DIED doing it in 2017 because I was out of shape and Zion felt super heavy but alas, by 2019 my back had gone out (in August) and I’m much more in shape so even though technically he’s bigger I had no issue doing our dance this year.

Not sure what the next few years will hold but until then, Happy New Year, thanks for watching and visiting my site and keep dancing!
