Alrighty, I’m back with part 2 of my Fast Metabolism Diet video with a vlog through phase 1, photos of what I ate the first year and more groceries live and in action.

WEEKS 1 & 2 MEAL PLAN

PHASE 1 (Monday & Tuesday – lots of carbs and fruit + cardio)
Breakfast: Oatmeal Fruit Smoothie
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Turkey Chili
Snack: Baked Cinnamon Grapefruit
Dinner: Chicken Sausage & Brown Rice Pasta

PHASE 2 (Wednesday & Thursday – lots of proteins & veggies + strength training)
Breakfast: Egg White, Mushroom, Spinach Omelette
Snack: Jerky & Celery
Lunch: Roast Beef Wrap
Snack: Jerky & Celery
Dinner: Baked Cinammon Mustard Chicken & Sauteed Spinach

PHASE 3 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday – all the above, plus healthy fats and oils + relaxation)
Breakfast: Berry Nut Smoothie
Snack: Almond Butter & Celery
Lunch: Lentil Stew
Snack: Sweet Potato Hummus
Dinner: Chicken & Quinoa Risotto

This video was shot in mid November. Since then I’ve completed the 4 weeks of FMD and am not doing it right now. I’m hoping to have a results and status video up in the next couple weeks so stay tuned.     nom nom nom…… I love red onions; it keep my blood sugar lower compared to the regular onions.

    30 minutes after you wake up to eat….somebody be a snack table by my bed. It takes me 30 minutes to get myself together…sigh…

    I need to get that recipe book because all those meals look yummy. The hubby bought me a new crock pot recently too…whoop whoop! My other one just gave up.
