I‘ve FINALLY gotten around to sharing details of the Fast Metabolism Diet which I did last year and lost over 20 lbs. I’ve keps 10+ of those lbs off and decided to start again because it was getting out of hand. Besides, I just feel better when I eat better foods. Anyhoo, this video is sharing the groceries I bought for weeks 1 and 2 as well as photos of some of the dishes I ate last year.

// WEEKS 1 & 2 MEAL PLAN
PHASE 1 (Monday & Tuesday – lots of carbs and fruit + cardio)
Breakfast: Oatmeal Fruit Smoothie
Snack: Apple
Lunch: Turkey Chili
Snack: Baked Cinnamon Grapefruit
Dinner: Chicken Sausage & Brown Rice Pasta
PHASE 2 (Wednesday & Thursday – lots of proteins & veggies + strength training)
Breakfast: Egg White, Mushroom, Spinach Omelette
Snack: Jerky & Celery
Lunch: Roast Beef Wrap
Snack: Jerky & Celery
Dinner: Baked Cinammon Mustard Chicken & Sauteed Spinach
PHASE 3 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday – all the above, plus healthy fats and oils + relaxation)
Breakfast: Berry Nut Smoothie
Snack: Almond Butter & Celery
Lunch: Lentil Stew
Snack: Sweet Potato Hummus
Dinner: Chicken & Quinoa Risotto

I am so excited that you are sharing your fast metabolism diet journey with us! I would love to see cooking videos if you have time to make them. What did you do with kumquats? I had a friend recommend them to me, but I thought they were too sour by themselves. Be Blessed! I hope your son’s surgery goes well.

They were sour by themselves. I had them as snacks but couldn’t get down after that batch was done.
